About Death Valley National Park

Death Valley is a vast desert park on the Nevada border. Summer heat is dangerous: visit between autumn and spring, keep to paved roads in a normal car and carry water. Entrance fees and passes are set by each park; check the park’s own fees page before you go. Non-US residents aged 16 and over may pay an extra fee at some parks.
